What is Cadence?
Cadence is an AI receptionist for small service businesses. It helps you answer customer messages on Facebook Messenger, Instagram and your website, and turn enquiries into bookings. It handles written conversations, with you approving drafts before it earns permission to reply on its own.
Can Cadence book appointments?
Yes. Cadence can turn a customer conversation into a booking using Cadence Bookings, its built-in diary, or Acuity Scheduling. You share your services and availability so it can help customers find a suitable appointment.
Will it sound like a robot?
They learn from replies you’ve already sent, so the drafts come out in your phrasing and use your own words for your services. You also read every draft in the early weeks, so if one sounds wrong you change it before it goes anywhere.
What happens when they get something wrong?
You fix the draft before it sends, and they learn from the change. That’s on every plan, the trial included. If a topic that had earned sending starts to drift, one tap puts it back to drafts.
Do my customers have to do anything different?
No. They message your Facebook page, Instagram or website the same way as always, and the reply comes back from your page with your name on it. There’s nothing for them to install.
What happens after the fortnight?
You pick one of the plans shown above, or you don’t and it stops. We don’t hold a card during the trial, so there’s nothing to cancel if you’d rather walk away. If you stay, choose monthly or yearly billing.
Is there an app?
No. Cadence runs in your phone’s browser, which is where most owners read their drafts. You can add it to your home screen if you want it closer to hand.
