These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cadence, operated by Latitude Labs Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using Cadence, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service overview
Cadence helps organisations manage customer communications and related workflows, including AI-assisted drafting and automation features.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be authorised to bind your organisation to these Terms.
You are responsible for:
- keeping account credentials secure,
- controlling who has workspace access,
- ensuring your connected channels and data use are lawful.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Cadence to:
- break applicable law,
- infringe third-party rights,
- distribute malicious, abusive, or fraudulent content,
- attempt unauthorised access to systems or data,
- interfere with service reliability or security.
We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.
4. AI-assisted features
Cadence may generate suggestions or automated outputs. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving outputs where required for your use case and legal obligations.
5. Integrations and third-party services
Cadence can connect to third-party providers (for example messaging, social, analytics, or model providers). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans, pricing, and billing terms are provided at purchase or in your subscription settings. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
7. Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You and your organisation remain responsible for lawful collection and use of customer data sent to Cadence.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or retire features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we aim to operate the service reliably and communicate material changes when practical.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadence is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount paid by your organisation for Cadence in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
10. Termination
You may stop using Cadence at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or security concerns.
11. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
